Madhavan Kutty (17 January 1934 - 1 November 2005) was a journalist from the state of Kerala, India. Asianet Plus is second Malayalam General Entertainment pay television channel owned by The Walt Disney Company India operated by Disney Star both divisions are subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company.
